Since 1985 Jim Hamilton the founder of the company began in the financial industry as a recuriter/ manager for A.L.Williams working briefly with Primerica he started his own company and began offering loans to sub-primers that were below 500 scores or even no scores and teaching clients how to payoff there mortgage in less than 30 years by paying bi-weekly.

His mission was to help those that wouldn't be able to go the traditional way of getting financed . Moving from the northeast to the southeast he had added two more offices one in Ga & Fla with a variety of  programs from equity loans, commerical loans to hard money loans .
